All services are offered exclusively to women, born women, over 18. This is a private, elite, women-only experience with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.

There are no fees, no hidden charges — everything is based on a simple verbal agreement. I provide personal training, guided nutrition, therapeutic body massage, and comfort sessions (“snuggles”) only if requested. You will never be asked for payment — my work is entirely appreciation-based.

Yes, we do! Our certified personal trainers are available to help you achieve your individual fitness goals. You can learn more about our trainers and their specialties on our website or inquire at the front desk.
What are your gym hours?

We are open 7 days a week!
Monday – Friday: 5:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM.

What if I'm new to working out?
Welcome! We’re happy to have you. We offer a variety of classes and programs suitable for all fitness levels, including beginner-friendly options. Our trainers are also always available to provide guidance and support. Don’t hesitate to ask for help!
What do I need to bring to the gym?
We recommend bringing a water bottle, comfortable workout clothes, and athletic shoes. We provide towels for our members, and lockers are available for storing your belongings. You may also want to bring a padlock for the lockers.
